SeaChange Parks began in 2016 with a simple goal to create relaxed holiday spaces where families, travellers and long-term residents feel welcome and supported. Locally owned and committed to genuine customer experience, our team focuses on delivering comfortable, affordable stays that make coastal holidays easy. Both parks were built on values of community connection and a friendly approach that helps guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.


Sustainability plays an important role in how the parks operate, with thoughtful maintenance practices and ongoing improvements designed to protect the natural environments surrounding Milton and Lake Conjola. We believe that every stay should be enjoyable and effortless, which is reflected in the clean facilities, helpful service and spacious settings offered at both locations. Visitors are encouraged to unwind, explore and enjoy time together knowing they are supported by a team that puts people first.

Lake Conjola Park

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS MILTON


SEASONS & MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS 


Low Season = May – October
Shoulder Season = October – April
Peak Season = December /January School Holidays, Easter & October Long Weekends


Low season and off peak season – minimum 2-night stay on all accommodation
Peak season (school holidays) –minimum 7-night on all accommodation
Peak season (Easter long weekend) – minimum 4-night stay on all accommodation
Peak season (October long weekend) – minimum 3-night stay on all accommodation


Park Managers may vary the minimum stay for peak periods; however this is limited to selected sites\cabins where there is a shorter vacancy between confirmed bookings and therefore we cannot guarantee a short duration will be acceptable at the time you make your booking.

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS 


  • Maximum of 4 adults per cabin/site. 
  • 1 car is allocated per site booked. Additional cars must be parked in the visitors’ car park or outside the park. 
  • Park management reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings.
  • 1 tent/caravan/ camper trailer is permitted per site. 
  • Any damages to park property will be charged to the client’s credit card

 

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS


A deposit is required to secure each reservation.
Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit. If a deposit is not paid by the required date, your reservation will be cancelled.


The balance of your accommodation is due as follows:
Booking within 30 days = Payment in full is required
Low & Shoulder Season = 30 days before arrival
Easter /Long weekends/School Holidays 30 days prior to arrival
Christmas/Dec/Jan Holidays = 31st October


Please Note : We are now a Cashless Business.
Our office will only accept cash for the purchase of bags of ice & change for washing facilities.
T&C’s subject to change at any time.


CANCELLATIONS


IMPORTANT: Should you wish to vacate your site early due to weather conditions, no refund or credit will be given. Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short for any reason. 


  • For cancellations made 31 days or more before your arrival date a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance (if any) credited to you; we do not offer refunds, only credits.
  • For cancellations made less than 31 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 1 night’s accommodation will be deducted and the balance (if any) will be credited to you. We do not offer refunds, only credits.
  • For cancellations made 31 days or less for PEAK SEASON, NO credit or Refund will apply. We do not offer refunds.
  • No refunds given, only client credits – credits last 10 months – credits cannot be used in peak times including all holidays/ long weekends etc.
  • Credit notes are transferable and valid for 10 months
  • Credits cannot be used during Peak times.
  • Cancellations or application for credits or refunds must be in writing.
  • Please note a 1.56% surcharge will be incurred on all credit card transactions.
  • Credit cards will be charged if cancellation fees apply.
  • Minimum stays will be required for both high-season stays and long weekend stays.
  • All linen and towels are included at no extra cost in our cabin prices.
  • Cabins are minimum 2 night bookings or a $80 cleaning cost occurs.
  • T&C’s are subject to change.

If your reservation falls during Peak Season (school holidays, Easter and the October long weekend) you will be required to pay a deposit of $100.
Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit. If a deposit is not paid by the required date, your reservation will be cancelled.
