Our unpowered sites are unmarked, giving you the freedom to camp where you want—perfect for swags, rooftop tents, and traditional camping setups. Want more convenience? Our powered sites are very spacious, well-kept, and ideal for caravans and motorhomes. We offer drive through sites when available.

What are the booking requirements at SeaChange Park Milton?
SeaChange Park Milton has seasonal minimum stay requirements: two nights during low and shoulder seasons, and three to seven nights during peak periods. Minimum stays may be adjusted for select sites at management’s discretion.
Bookings require a deposit and are confirmed once payment deadlines are met. Each site accommodates up to 6x adults and one vehicle; extra vehicles must use the visitor car park. One tent, caravan, or camper trailer is permitted per site. Management may amend or cancel bookings, and any property damage will be charged to the client’s credit card.

How does payment work when booking a stay at SeaChange Park Milton?
Payment at SeaChange Park Milton requires a deposit to secure your booking, with full payment needed for reservations made within 30 days of arrival. For low/shoulder seasons or school holidays, the balance is due 30 days prior, while Christmas and January bookings must be fully paid by 31 October. The park is mostly cashless, with cash accepted only for laundry, and a 1.56% surcharge applies to credit card payments. Standard booking rules, like one car per site and a single tent, caravan, or camper, also apply.
What is the cancellation and refund policy at SeaChange Park Milton?
At SeaChange Park Milton, all bookings are subject to a strict cancellation policy. No refunds are offered at any time; cancellations are issued as credits valid for 10 months and transferable, but cannot be used during peak periods, including school holidays, Easter, Christmas, and long weekends. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a $50 fee, while cancellations less than 31 days before arrival incur a 1-night accommodation fee. Peak season cancellations within 31 days of arrival receive no credit or refund. Early departures due to weather or personal circumstances are not compensated. All applications for cancellations or credits must be submitted in writing, and a 1.56% credit card surcharge may apply. Minimum stay requirements apply for high-season and long weekends.
